Reason for Recognition:
Laura has gone above and beyond the call of duty countless times as I've observed her. From getting a little kid a new light toy thingy when he falls and breaks his to answering dozens of questions, Laura knows what it means to be a Disney Cast Member! She also ALWAYS makes the time to make guests feel special. Way to go Laura!
